    • FOUND:Diagnostic Summary: Secondary Air Injection System Symptom: The vehicle was brought in with the Check Engine Light illuminated and fault codes related to secondary air system performance (e.g., P0410, P0411). Inspection Process: A detailed inspection of critical components was performed, including vacuum lines, air ducts, check valves, and the electric air pump. The electrical circuit (wiring and relays) was tested for continuity and voltage, confirming it is in good working condition. Findings: The secondary air pump has failed due to internal water intrusion, which caused an internal short circuit. This failure typically occurs when moisture or exhaust condensation bypasses the check valves and enters the pump. Required Action: Replacement of the secondary air pump is necessary. Since the fault is localized, no additional repairs to the vehicle's wiring harness are required at this time.
