    • CUSTOMER REQUESTS – CHECK AND ADVISE MISFIRING
    • CUSTOMER STATES, WAS DRIVING AND VEHICLE STARTED MISFIRING THEN WENT INTO LIMP MODE.
    • FOUND: Concer verified found P0300 random misifre and P0174 bank 2 fuel system too lean current codes in the PCM, after a test drive found abnormal data from the Bank 2 sensor 1 O2 sensor has no correlation with the B2S2 O2 sensor suspect from bad O2 sensor becouse al the data pids are working normaly (grames per second from maf 1&2, temp sensor, fuel pressure, vacuum) Suggest swap b1s1 o2 sensor to b2s1 location to recreate the concern and see if it follows the b2s1 sensor. after visual inspection found the head of the b2s1 o2 sensor round up. (most likely needs to be extracted).
    • Multi-Point Inspection
    • All Fluids Checked and Topped up if possible
    • CATALYTIC CONVERTER – Remove & Replace – Remove broken oxygen sensor in manifold, and tap and fix threads in manifold for new sensor.

    • CLEAN GUM AND SOFT CARBON DEPOSIT FROM FUEL DELIVERY COMPONENTS AND INSIDE COMBUSTION CHAMBER. PERFORM COMPLETE FUEL PRESSURE AND VOLUME TEST. ROAD TEST VEHICLE.
