FOUND:Concer verified, P0300 Multiple misfire detected P0304 Misfire cylinder 4 detected. after multiple test drive found an intermittent failure in the cyl number 4, coil was swapped with a different cylinder and the misfire follows the coil. Suggest R&R 4 Coils and spark plugs. Also during the test drive found a symptom most likely a bad Torque coverter clutch but after analizing the data found a slipp within main pulley and secondary pulley (worn out chain/pulleys) all this happens inside the transmission, sample of oil was pulled from the transmission and found metal shavings. Suggest R&R Transmission assembly and apply the software update attached Service bulletin # 24-01-018H TCU UPDATE AND IVT REPLACEMENT

FOUND: verified concern, vehicle would slow start, tested battery and battery failed. replace battery to address startig concern. – verified CEL illuminated, found codes P0420 indicating catalytic converter fault. inspected live data and found coolant temperatures were lower than desired when freeze frame was recorded at time of fault, recommend clearing the fault and allowing fault to return. found all operations to be normal with converter at this time -found codes P2122, P0123, and P0222… all 3 faults related to accelerator pedal position sensor, inspected live data for the APP sensor and found APP sensor voltage would drop to 0 intermittently, verified data reported by PCm was accurate using a mufti meter, recommend replacing APP sensor.

FOUND: verified concern, found multiple misfire faults stored in PCM, upon further inspection found cylinder 4 was not firing at all performed relative compression test and found low contribution from cylinder 4, performed leak down test on cyl 4 and found cylinder leakage to be 100% removed PCV valve and found broken valve spring on intake valve in CYL4 recommend replacing valve spring and resealing cam cover and timing cover.
FOUND: verified concern, found reverse light assemblies on both driver and passenger had failed verified backup light signal at connector for both assemblies, replaced both assemblies with parts supplied by customer and tested, no further issues.
