- FOUND:Pre-operation verified, intermittent noise coming from the drivetrain. The front differential was inspected. There was no damage to the front differential, as no metal debris or signs of damage were found. The transfer case oil came out in good condition, clean with no metal debris or burrs. We found the noise to be coming from the transfer case, specifically the chain slope that the car has from the factory. According to the manufacturer's specifications, we can conclude that the noise and play are within normal operating conditions, as this is an all-terrain vehicle. No repairs are required at the time of this inspection.

- INSPECT ALL HYDRAULIC LINE AND HOSES. INSPECT CALIPERS AND WHEEL CYLINDERS. INSPECT MASTER CYLINDER AND CAP. FLUSH ENTIRE BRAKE SYSTEM INCLUDING MASTER CYLINDER, CALIPERS, WHEEL CYLINDERS UNTIL CLEAN.
