- FOUND: verified concern, found 12v battery to be low on charge, charged and tested battery and found battery to be good. – vehicles gasoline engine would not stay on, after inspected for fuel pressure found fuel pressure was low. verified low pressure at fuel pump, added fuel to tank and found vehicle operated normally. however fuel level gauge was inaccurate, removed fuel pump module and tested for resistance at module and found that resistance was out of spec at lower levels, indicating that fuel level sending unit was communicating incorrect fuel level, fuel level sending unit is serviced with entire fuel pump assembly hanger. replace to address concern.
